ผู้เขียนพบองค์กรที่มาปรึกษาต้องการพัฒนาให้องค์กรทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพและมีความสุขหลายองค์กรมีอาการคล้ายกัน คือแม้พยายามจะจัดกระบวนการ จัดสัมมนาหรือกิจกรรมต่างๆให้พนักงานองค์กรได้ผ่อนคลาย พาไปภาวนา ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องภายในตัวเอง ระดับผู้บริหารก็เรียนรู้หลักการบริหารคนและองค์กรที่ดี ฯลฯ หากแต่คนในองค์กรก็ยังกลับมาเครียดปี๊ดอีก หลังจากดูเหมือนจะมีความสุขกันอยู่ได้สามสี่วัน สาเหตุหนึ่งที่ทำให้เกิดอาการเช่นนี้ซ้ำแล้วซ้ำอีกคือการวางระบบที่ก่อให้เกิดความทุกข์โดยธรรมชาติ ไม่ว่าจะจับใครไปไว้ในระบบเช่นนั้นก็เกิดอาการเครียดได้ง่ายกว่าปกติ ส่วนของระบบที่ก่อเหตุได้บ่อยคือ “เป้าหมาย”
